the movies problem i cant play the movies

When I press the Movies or StarMaker icon
there is this error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Libary

Runtime Error!

progam:C:\Program Files\Lionhead studios Ltd\The Movies\Movies.exe

The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way.

did u install the windows media player 10? or someoder things they might have asked.... im jus shooting out on the little details...

i've heard this before, but i dont quite remember it.
try downloading microsoft visual basic runtime and installing it.

no idea... but i remember rome total war has some problem wif windows media player.. so i assume its the same thing......
