about 6 months ago, i bought TS2. Played it and enjoyed it but i was forced to reformat my computer since there was a virus so it was gone. In that time i changed my CD Rom.
After that, i tried to install TS2 once more. During installation of the 1st CD, a window came up saying that it cant copy a file ( tsdata/res/sound/sfx1.package ), i noticed the files are in a zip file....
i even bought another CD but same problem. help...

More problems? Heh...
It's pirated, isn't it? Can't be of much help.
Probably not in a zip file, but a cab file or something.

Why you try to disable you antivirus/spyware program first before trying to install, because antivirus program will try to scan whatever zip file processing in the system.
If this solution does not work, it is maybe because of the corrupted cab file in the cd.

cds come in batch so it maybe the batch problem but i cast doubt as oris rarely have those problem. Also it might be your computer that is lacking a file to read it properly which is hard to analyze. Any other games have problem because it is mostly a cab file.

It has been a good run, shame it has to end like this.
