Is Celcom Broadband Good?

Hi, i'm new here. I got problem here. I just subscribe to RM 98 (3.6mps) Celcom broadband but it too slow. I'm using BitTorrent to download files and is very slow and is around 10kb or lower per file. The connection said 3.6mps but i feel very slow. Is there any solution to increase the speed? And can i play online games with this package? Is there anyone using the same package as me but enjoy the fast speed? Thanks for everyone help.

Celcom does not block P2P programs and application! Celcom does restrict torrent download. if you check your seeders, you'll realise that you can only download from local seeders and not those from abroad.

hah.............any way to get those seeders abroad?
Olataro soul has regenerated by 50% and is ready to post again! but sadly............it renders olataro unable to post too much crap..........
