VBA link emulator got prob Error whle trying to save game

While i was trying to save the Pokemon Fire Red game,an error mesage says that
"SAVE ERROR,PLEASE CHANGE BACKUP MEMORY".....

I think many of u guys uses Visual boy advancd soo...any way how 2 solve this prob?
Olataro soul has regenerated by 50% and is ready to post again! but sadly............it renders olataro unable to post too much crap..........
